Ho'onani Hawaiian Jewelry and Gifts offers the following Returns Policy:  Please contact us within three weeks from the date of sale if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.  After notifying us, please ship your return to us, we are not responsible for lost mail.  Upon receipt of purchase we will refund new, undamaged, unaltered items for purchase price only.  Tax and shipping cannot be refunded.  We will inspect damaged items for manufacturing defects and replace items if damage is due to manufacturing.  All sales are final on personalized jewelry, no refunds or exchanges will be made.  We cannot replace lost or stolen items or items damaged from wear or misuse.

Cancellations:  You must notify us by e-mail within three (3) hours after you placed your order for full refund.
